Logistics Strategy Production

From our pre-construction logistical planning works and the various management
plans produced, all of this information is made current for each project / development and forms an integral part of the projects Logistics management strategy document.

This logistics management strategy document will be produced to provide a project ‘bible’ for all stakeholders (from main Contractor though to Contractor) and will be initially drafted and submitted to the Client for comment and only when they are satisfied with the content and ultimately given final approval, will the document be formally released to the Contractors.

This document is designed to improve the logistical and contractual management of the project / development on the Client’s behalf.

Based on our past experiences, we always recommend that this logistical management strategy forms part of the contractual documents for each contractor; which will allow the Main Contractor to have complete control and management of the logistical elements of the development / project, and in doing so effectively ‘tie in’ all contractors into the implementation of the developed strategy throughout the construction process.
