All of the above works can then ultimately form a project-specific logistical management strategy document or construction logistics plan (which becomes the projects logistical 'bible').
The Logistical Strategy can then be used by our clients as a contractual document for use with all companies employed on the project, to 'tie' them into the requirements of the strategy / CLP.
