This is because the Reception role is often the first point of contact between your customers, clients and even more importantly, representing your company.

An agreed procedure for receiving and forwarding visitors is always agreed between the client and Alandale Security Team prior to commencement of any project, to ensure that the required level (and standard) of Security and Access Control is maintained and balanced with the correct level of flexibility.
