The Lillie Square development is part of the overall Earls Court Masterplan and as such, the project is one of the largest and most high-profile residential developments in London.
The development has transformed what was previously a 7.5-acre car park into 808 high-end homes set around a new garden square.
At over a million square feet, the intention for the project is for it to be built in six phases with the overall construction taking an estimated four years to complete.
Lillie Square will provide a range of both apartments and family homes, with private gardens and garage parking.
Alandale have been involved with both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the scheme so far.

As part of our service to the Main Contractor, we also provided Pre-Construction Logistical Planning works for the development and undertook various subsequent exercises throughout the course of the project (including an occupation strategy).
