The Project was a 36-story tower that includes 307 apartments, mixed-use commercial space, car parking spaces and a private resident’s spa and lounge, private apartments and 107 affordable units within 2 separate buildings located directly on the very busy City Road.
Alandale provided a complete pre-construction Logistical planning service and as such, worked closely with the developer to completely reconfigure the existing infrastructure surrounding the project, which was effectively an Island site with extremely limited vehicle access.

All of which was approved and permitted to be undertaken, which provided the project with a much-needed dedicated off-loading facility for the majority of the duration of the works.
