Chelsea Barracks

The Chelsea Barracks residential development was constructed on a 12.8-acre site of the former Chelsea Barracks military facility. 

Chelsea Barracks provides extremely High-Specification new homes containing a mix of private homes for sale and affordable homes including ‘extra care’ housing for the elderly.

The apartments and houses were built around seven new garden squares, and there was also 5 acres of green space provided.
