M7 is the current reference for a new Office Building located within the Westfield Stratford shopping complex.

Alandale were appointed to design and construct a new Temporary Accommodation facility within the newly constructed M7 Office Building.

Location: Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre

Works: Design, Construct and Fit-Out Temporary Welfare and Office Facilities.

Contract: Trade Contractor.

Duration: 9 Weeks.

Project Overview

Alandale constructed the new M7 Temporary Welfare and Office Accommodation to create sufficient / comfortable welfare space and facilities for the sites construction operatives.

The works consisted of:

  • Temporary Floor
  • Install all internal drylined walls.
  • M&E Services (1st and 2nd Fix) (Power / Lighting)
  • Install new floor finishes (Vinyl / Carpet)
  • Construct new W/C’s Cubicles / Washing Facilities
  • Heating / Ventilation / Extract
  • Tiling
  • Painting / Decorations
  • Final Clean
