Cherry Park – Temporary Accommodation

Cherry Park is a new Residential Development located within the Westfield Stratford shopping complex.

Alandale were appointed to design and construct new Temporary Welfare and Office Accommodation facilities within the existing Westfield Stratford Buildings to support the Cherry Park Construction Operatives and Management Staff.

Location: Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre

Works: Design, Construct and Fit-Out Temporary Welfare and Office Facilities.

Contract: Trade Contractor.

Duration: 12 Weeks.

Project Overview

Alandale constructed the new Temporary Welfare and Office Accommodation within the existing Shopping Centre – to create sufficient / comfortable welfare space and facilities for the construction operatives.

During these activities, the centre remained completely ‘live’ during the works, with the general public being unaffected during the course of the works.

The works consisted of:

Temporary Floor
Install all internal drylined walls.
M&E Services (1st and 2nd Fix) (Power / Lighting / Drainage)
Install new floor finishes (Vinyl / Carpet)
Construct new W/C’s Cubicles / Washing Facilities
Heating / Ventilation / Extract
Tiling
Painting / Decorations
Final Clean
