Cherry Park – Car Park Temporary Offices
Cherry Park is a new Residential Development located within the Westfield Stratford shopping complex.
As part of the phased temporary accommodation works for the development, Alandale were appointed to design and construct new Temporary Offices within the existing Car Park of the Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre to support the Cherry Park Management Staff.
Location: Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre
Works: Design, Construct and Fit-Out Temporary Office Facilities.
Contract: Trade Contractor.
Duration: 4 Weeks.
Project Overview
Alandale constructed the new Temporary Office Accommodation within the existing Shopping Centre Car Park to create comfortable office facilities for the Development Management Staff.
During these activities, the centre car park remained completely ‘live’ during the works, with the general public being unaffected during the course of the works.
The works consisted of:
- Temporary Flooring
- Internal drylined walls.
- M&E Services (1st and 2nd Fix) (Power / Lighting / Drainage)
- Install new floor finishes (Vinyl / Carpet)
- Construct new W/C’s Cubicles / Washing Facilities
- Heating / Extract
- Tiling
- Painting / Decorations
- Final Clean
