Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 pa (plus benefits)

Hours: Mon-Fri • Location: London, E14

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction logistics projects from the initial calculations to the final figures, seeking to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money. 

You will need to be familiar with the statutory building regulations and industry standards. Key components of the role will be training and supervising Assistant / Quantity Surveyors, managing complex projects and supporting the Commercial Manager when required.

Suitable candidates must have similar proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on complex and high value projects.You will also need demonstrable experience of understanding and negotiating contract terms and hold an accredited Quantity Surveyor qualification, the role will suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a career advancement opportunity.
