The Kidbrooke Village Development:

Kidbrooke Village is one of London’s most significant new housing developments – at over £1 Billion project value, the project is a complete regeneration of the Kidbrooke area, creating a new village / community area.

Over 1900 new homes have been constructed to date, of which, 770 are affordable homes.

Access Solution:

There have been several phases of the development already and Alandale carried out the scaffolding to Blocks B & D. The buildings had a full design and calculations conducted for them and each building had been completely wrapped in scaffold. 

Specification:

Each Blocks scaffolding was constructed from ‘System’ scaffold and also had beam work within it to get over the differing obstacles.
