33 Grosvenor Place

The 33 Grosvenor Place Project:

Originally constructed in the 1950’s, 33 Grosvenor Place was the Headquarters for a Energy Company that was then converted into office space.

The current construction works are to convert this existing office space into a private medical clinic. To achieve this, only the external facade will remain and the entire structure internally will be demolished, replaced and reconstructed.
The completed building will then become a new ‘state-of-the-art’ medial facility with 200 beds and 8 operating theatres.

Access Solution:

This major project required the entire external facade to be encapsulated and then to be monoflex sheeted to all elevations.

Specification:

Tube and fitting independent access scaffold was utilised and erected to all elevations of the building, with temporary / support works incorporated to the structure.
